Ingredients
Cupcakes batter:
1 1/4 cups (125g) sifted cake flour
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon (10g) regular or Dutch-processed cocoa powder
1/4 cup (57g) unsalted butter, at room temperature
3/4 cup (150g) granulated white sugar
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup (120ml) buttermilk
1 tablespoon liquid red food colouring
1/2 teaspoon white distilled binegar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Cream Cheese Frosting:
4 ounces (113g) cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup (30g) confectioners' (icing or powered) sugar, sifted
1/3 cup (80ml) heavy whipping cream
